In this Plant Based Mediterranean inspired hands-on class I will give you a tool kit of flavour profiles to make your vegetable dishes sing. Coupled with beautiful styling and how to recreate this way of eating at home, this workshop is definitely not to be missed this winter.
Recipes will include Date honey and fresh harissa roasted aubergines w toasted walnuts; Cumin-roasted carrots w avocado, black rice and almond crema as well as Charred broccoli w seasonal beets, radicchio, crispy chickpeas & lemon tahini dressing.
