Marcia’s Mediterranean inspired menu will comprise Socca w roasted peppers, olives and goat’s chevre; Le Grand Aioli: A vivid spread of sparkling vegetables, a little steamed seafood and fresh aioli; Rouget (Red mullet) w sauce vierge, fennel and tapenade; Provençal tomatoes w soft herbs, breadcrumbs and anchovy; and to finish - Meringues aux pignons with raspberry and orange sauce.
